Product Updates

Kizen’s latest updates give enterprises more control and tighter security.

At Kizen, every product update aims to remove friction and strengthen trust in the systems teams rely on every day. Recently, we noticed two consistent themes across customer conversations, especially from enterprises with complex data environments and mature AWS setups.
Many asked some version of: Can I use my own Amazon SES account within Kizen?
At the same time, admins managing sensitive dashboards kept coming back to another question: How can we prevent over-permissioning and ensure users only see the dashboards they’re supposed to?
Together, these patterns made it clear that our platform needed to adapt, so we built solutions that addressed both needs.
Email requirements vary across industries, especially for teams with strict compliance standards, brand rules, or existing AWS infrastructure. Many organizations already manage their own SES environments and want their platforms to plug directly into them.

As organizations grow, data permissions become more complex, especially when large teams rely on dashboards to do their jobs. Access needs shift constantly, and leaders want confidence that the right people can see the right metrics at the right time.
Kizen’s enhanced access controls make this easy by applying the safest, most appropriate permission level automatically, while still giving admins full control.
We’re actively tracking customer requests to ensure future updates continue solving real, meaningful problems.
