Kizen was born from a simple realization: enterprise software was not designed for the way work actually happens today.
After more than a decade working with large organizations, Kizen co-founders John Winner and Scott Turner saw the same pattern everywhere. Teams were operating inside rigid, fragmented systems built decades ago.
That insight led to a defining question: What if enterprise software wasn’t a static system of record, but a living system of intelligence?
In 2018, Kizen was founded to answer that question. Built from the ground up for the AI era, Kizen was designed around two core engines:
