We allow users to connect Google accounts (e.g. Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets) to Kizen and the service we offer. As a rule, when you connect your Google account to Kizen, we access only the data strictly necessary to facilitate the integration. We do not share your Google user data with third parties except as required to provide, maintain, and improve the service’s functionality. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Depending on the type of integration, the Personal Data related to your integration may be controlled either by Kizen or by one of our customers. If you connect your Google account directly with us, Kizen controls that Personal Data and handles it as described above. If, instead, you access Kizen and the integration as an employee or other end user of one of our customers, the Personal Data related to your use of Kizen and that integration is controlled by that customer and our contract with them. In that case, you should direct any questions or concerns about the integration to the customer through which you access Kizen.
How We Use Your Calendar Data:
The Services may include or provide access to third party products that provide certain generative AI functionalities (“Generative AI Products”), like the Google Gemini application programming interfaces. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such Generative AI Products and that such terms and policies are solely between you and that third party.
We will not share your Personal Data with a Generative AI Product and the Personal Data you provide to us will never be used to train a Generative AI Product.
